Phil is an entrepreneurial specialist in the Telecoms & Media sector with more than twenty years experience. Phil began as an Engineer and achieved further qualifications in Marketing and Finance. Starting initially in Games Development his work has spanned Corporate Telecoms; Strategy Consulting to European blue chips; Principal Finance including LBO’s; and has established a number of successful business in the Media and Telecoms sector. He is a Fellow at the RSA and is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Rick has more than 20 years experience of working with blue chip companies on technology projects and issues. Rick began his technology career with BT before moving into IT consulting in 1985 with Deloitte. From an initial focus on telecoms, Rick has advised on and led work on all aspects of corporate IT. He has also worked with a number of technology start-ups, and successfully built and sold a consultancy business which is now part of Cap Gemini. Rick has a Chemistry degree from Oxford and a Communications Engineering MSc from Imperial College, London.

Steve has worked in Business Development within the IT industry since its inception in the late 70's. He has held a wide range of Sales and Marketing roles including working for an early UK based PC company, and then setting up what became the UK's largest provider of healthcare systems for GP's. He has extensive international experience, having lived in Continental Europe, and worked for lengthy periods in the US. Prior to joining MGT he was responsible for European sales with BT and ran their global accounts programme. He holds a variety of academic qualifications including an MBA from Cranfield

Anne has led the Sales and Marketing efforts for IT, Software and Communications companies ranging from Fortune 100's to entrepreneurial start-ups in the US, Europe and Latin America.  As Director of Enterprise Solutions for a division of BT, Anne forged key alliances with multinational service providers and led bid-teams on multi-million dollar outsourcing deals.  Anne was part of the management team that launched one of the first competitive telecommunications providers in Mexico, and is a founder/partner of an on-going IT services company in the US.  Anne received her BS in Industrial Mangement from Georgia Institute of Technology.

10+ years Retail & Telecommunications IT Consulting. Ex DSGi, JPMorgan, The FA, Eirecom, Thistle Hotel Group and SCEE. Implemented JP Morgan’s derivatives system.
